Tips: How to Apply Blush According to Your Face Shape

Hi! This is my very first post and here I wanna show you how to apply blush according to your face shape. Faces can be classified into five common basic shapes. There will be Oval, Oblong, Heart, Square, and Round.



This is just to simplify because there are just too many different shapes to consider and every people in this world have a different face shape. So the best thing is to identify the shape that your face would most readily fit into this five shapes. And here are the guides how to find out and how to apply them:

Megan Fox, Camilla Belle, Jessica Alba, Beyonce Knowles, Victoria Beckham, etc.
Characteristic:
-       Wider cheekbone
-       Narrow smooth jawline
-       Narrow forehead

How to Apply: apply blush on the apples of the cheeks and blend out.




Anne Hathaway, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank, Cate Blanchett, Ashlee Simpson, etc.
Characteristic:
-       Defined cheekbone
-       High forehead
-       Narrow smooth jawline


How to Apply: apply blush starting on the inner apples and blend out towards the temples.





Scarlett Johanson, Reese Witherspoon, Naomi Campbell, Michelle Pfeiffer, etc.
Characteristic:
-       Wider forehead
-       Usually defined cheekbone
-       Tapered narrow chin


How to Apply: apply the blush on the apples of the cheeks. Then blend it also across the hollows of your cheeks under the apple






Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sandra Bullock, Demi Moore, Emma Bunton, etc.
Characteristic:
-       Square shaped
-       Forehead, cheekbones and jawline are the same width
-       A squared jawline


How to Apply: Apply the blush on the apples onlu and very slightly blend it out 



Emma Stone, Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz, Kirsten Dunst, Queen Latifah, etc.
Characteristic:
-       Round forehead
-       Round Jawline
-       Fuller wider cheeks

How to Apply: Apply the blush along your cheekbone starting from slightly below the apples of the cheeks towards up to the temples.
